Senator Aminu Iya Abbas, representing Adamawa Central Senatorial District, has been invited as a panelist at the 3rd Professor Uche Uwaleke Capital Market Colloquium, scheduled for February 23, 2026, at the Yar’adua Center in Abuja.
The high-profile event, themed “Future Proofing Africa-wide Economic Integration: Infrastructure, Innovation and Capital Markets”, will convene leading policymakers, academics, and industry experts to deliberate on strategies for strengthening Africa’s economic integration.
As Chairman of the Senate Committee on Innovation, Science and Technology, Senator Abbas is expected to highlight the role of technology and innovation in driving Nigeria’s economic progress.
