Adamawa state governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has joined thousands of Muslim Ummah in performing the burial Prayer of the late former Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs, Ahmed Aliyu Musdafa, who died in Abuja.
The jana’izza prayer took place at the Lamido Palace Central mosque.
The governor who earlier released a press statement, commended the deceased for his exemplary leadership style, said he lived a fulfilled life and will be remembered for that.
Fintiri condoled the Lamido of Adamawa, Muhammadu Barkindo Aliyu Musdafa and the Mustafa royal family over the death of the former Comptroller General who is also the brother of the Lamido of Adamawa.
The late Former Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs Service aged 76, died today in Abuja leaving behind one wife and four children.
